Power Fli is the last member of Elite Cousins, and usually serves to back up his teammates. His inexperience makes enemies underestimate his abilities. Power Fli is all about power; no time for planning, just rush in and blow 'em to smithereens. Fli will strike out alone and deal out some heavy damage, then quickly get out of the way before the favor is returned. Power Fli uses the ever-mysterious Dark Space (the space behind a cartoon's back which can contain any amount of matter that can be pulled at a moment's notice). Within his Space, he carries with him and endless supply of explosives and fireworks. He then takes to the sky and serves as an ariel bomber with the use of his wings, powered by a little help from the Chain of Zephyrs. "That'll teach 'em!" ~Power Fli, Elite Cousins!
