| Anti-Red Bandit is the only reason Abashed Blue dons his costume and fights the fight against evil. Bandit is the antagonist of the comic, and goes against all the do-gooders in the world. No one knows what his true motives are, but whatever he's striving for, he won't let anyone get in his way. Almost anywhere a Celestial Chain shows up, he's there. Is it the chains he wants? Or something else...? Anti-Red Bandit isn't one to rush into things. He always has a plan to get what he wants, and always makes it hero-proof so there will be no screw-ups.
