Oh, God! Are there Neighborhood Associations in heaven and did you need him there to be a leader of one?

Oh, how we miss him, he was unique and cannot be replaced; so who will have to get this done?

He knew so many people and worked so very hard to make our association succeed.

You could call him day or night and he would be there to help; if he knew you were in need.

In Garvin Park, at the Neighborhood Night Out, how he worked to get prizes, food, and drinks, we also had a band.

Bob Hart was as familiar with our neighborhood as he was the skin on the back of his hand.

The North Annex Neighborhood Association to which he gave so much was Bob Hart's dream come true.

So, Bob, we members promise to keep our Association strong, as you would wish until we are there with you.

The Twenty-Third Psalm

The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.
He makes me to lie down in green pastures;
