Once again, I hand typed these spoilers so if you want to use them on your site, please post a link back here.
This is my first Trainer card review and it will also be my first double review. I'm using cards that are mostly alike, Misty's Wrath and Forest Guardian

Misty's Wrath
Trainer
Look at the top 7 cards of your deck. Choose 2 of those cards and put them into your hand. Discard the rest.

Forest Guardian

Shuffle your deck. Then, look at the top 7 cards of your deck. Choose 1 of those cards and put it in your hand. Shuffle the rest into your deck afterward.

Well, these two trainers are both the same and differant. Both let you see the top 7 cards of your deck (except FG shuffles your deck first) and then choose 1 or 2 to add to your hand. They differ, however, in what happens to the remaining cards.

Pros for Misty's Wrath:
Burn through the top 7 cards of your deck and picking 2 is pretty good.
The discard effect is helpful for something like Movie Promo Mewtwo (drop 1 Psychic and 1 other energy into the discard on your first turn and then Energy Absorbtion them onto Mewtwo) or any other cards that draw from the Discard pile.

Cons for Misty's Wrath:
Discarding 5 cards is a pretty steep price for getting just 2 partially random cards out of your deck.

Pros for Forest Guardian:
Checking the top 7 cards and getting 1 card is pretty nice. Not great but nice.
The remaining cards are shuffled rather than discarded. A MAJOR advantage over MW.
Shuffling can help if you're in a bit of an Energy Crisis.

Cons for Forest Guardian:
Only 1 card compared to Misty's 2.

Deck Strategies:
I'd run 1 or 2 of each. Misty's Wrath is better in the early game where you can stand to discard 7 cards. Forest Guardian, although not allowing you to pick as many, will keep those extra cards in your deck. Always a plus.

Final Thoughts:
Misty's Wrath is an alright card. Drawing 2 chosen cards, even though it's slightly random, is always good early game. The discard is a little to costly to run more than two of. 7/10
Forest Guardian isn't better by much. Even though it's a card less, you keep those extra six cards in your deck. I'd run two or three if I had the cards. 7.5/10
