Greetings, loyal subjects and attendants of this shrine to my brother. It has come to my attention that people have been using the contents of this webpage without checking the terms of usage first. Now, it is not that much of a problem yet, but the webmistress of this site implored me to address it here, and I kindly consented.

For example, images from the Black Crystal have been taken without linking back to this site or giving credit; it clearly states near the bottom of the main page to do either of the two before doing so. Now, there are also those who have fulfilled the terms of usage, and for that, I thank you; but for those who haven't... Well, that's what this page is for.

Below are the guidelines regarding image usage for the Black Crystal.

* Every image in the Black Crystal has been made by the webmistress herself, so if you use any of them, she asks you to please either give her credit, or link back to her webpage. A lot of time and effort has been put into these graphics, so a little credit would be well appreciated.

* The images in the Black Crystal are free for use... Within reason. Please do not mirror entire galleries (in other words, take every image for your own webpage). The webmistress has tried very hard to make many of the graphics unique to her own site, so please respect her wishes.

* The webmistress would also prefer you not to put her images into any image galleries (or put her downloads into any archives); but if you really feel you must, she would appreciate it if you would e-mail her first before doing so.
