Sapphire's Shrine was created in November 1997, when the second season of Sailor Moon (aka the second half of the Dark Moon arc) was airing only in Canada. I would like to say it was the first shrine dedicated solely to Sapphire; it certainly seemed like the only one around at the time... However, I think I can safely say that this shrine was the first dedicated to his N. American counterpart. ^_^
