Sadly I look up to the stars
Dreaming things that will never be
Looking for an answer
In the deep blue sky

Sadly I look into the sky
Endless, just like my love
And wonder if you look into the stars
Asking questions you know the answers to

Sadly I look into a mirror
A reflection of a person
Who I don't want to be
Wishing it would shatter like my dreams

Sadly I look into your eyes
Full of sadness and hurt
Loneliness that is futile to fight
Maybe i can keep you happy for just one night

I have to look away someday
But I can't as much as the truth hurts
As much as I want to know
I have to look away from the pain

Sadly I look into my heart
Scarred with images of lost loves
I hope your image will never be placed there
But no one knows for sure

There are things dangling over my head
I have to worry about hurt, loss
Rejection at the least
i have to look into the pain

Sadly I look into my mind
Throbbing with so many questions
Agonizing over so many answers
It makes my mind reel

I guess that I'm too sad...
