Breaking Toenails
Follow these instructions for stonger toenails that don't crack, split, break and peel! (Yes! That's right you will be able to show your toes in public again!)

Broken toenails are often a problem caused by jamming the nail, from rolling forward on pointe. This can be kept to a minimum by keeping toenails trimmed.

For a remedy to fix the problem-

You will need:
- 3 tablespoons of water
- 1 tablespoon of glycerin
- 1 teaspoon of powdered alum
- alcohol
- cotton

1. Mix 3 tablespoons of water with one tablespoon of glycerin and one teaspoon of powdered alum.

2. Coat at night with a brush or by dipping and leave overnight. Remove the residue in the morning with alcohol and cotton.

Make sure it is stored and  appropriately marked "KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN"

*Overuse may cause a maceration of the skin.
