As years went by the one and only major attraction in Ybor Ciy to hold its own was and still is Florida's oldest dining spot, The Columbia Restaurant. The place is huge taking up an entire city block with 11 dining rooms and seating for more than 1,600. It's been owned and operated by one family since 1905. When it comes to a Latin dining experience in Florida, the Columbia on 7th Avenue in Tampa is in a class by itself.
