| Worked as a medical officer with the Rajasthan public service commission for 3 years, I have been in charge of an area about 50 sq. kms with a population of 28,000+.I enjoyed my work amongst the villagers(especiallly their heart felt blessings for curing them of a common cold!!). | |||||||||||||||||||||||
| After finishing my MD in Pathology from Udaipur Rajasthan, I have joined MEdRC Educational Technologies as Program Lead ( Medical ). Being strong academically myself, I really enjoy the challenge of changing the pedagogical tradition in our medical institutions and colleges. We promote the use of elearning and CBT for medical professionals. MEdRC plans to start regular CMEs for doctors in the future and I would love to be the one to bring this product to the market!! | |||||||||||||||||||||||
| I am also interested in Medical content writing for websites.I still find time to indulge myself with my novels(ludlum,Greene,ConanDoyle,Bach, MacLean, Tom Robbins and recently just been gifted the whole Harry Potter series!! ) | |||||||||||||||||||||||
| As for socializing, I do it as and when it does not bother me.I socialize extensively with the people of my choice but the "Formal" socializing is not my forte. | |||||||||||||||||||||||
| Occasional Volleyball,Basketball,Swimming and soccer is what remains of my outdoor sports now. Indoors are spent usually either reading or on computers, T V has almost disappeared from my routine.Chess definitely finds a place amongst my indoor activities. | |||||||||||||||||||||||
| Recently I have registered my own Society called RAKSHA ( Registered society for Knowledge and health activities).This society is made up of Medical doctors and educationists. RAKSHA also serves as a data generating, gathering and analysis unit for south east Asian region. I shall keep all informed as and when i make any major breakthrough on that front.
