Ø      Pretty tree, shrubs, flowers and lawns

Ø      Low traffic

Ø      Well maintained yards

Ø      Secure, quiet

Ø      Walkers

Ø      Quiet

Ø      Peaceful

Ø      Stable, safe, pretty

Ø      Triangular park

Ø      Beautiful homes

Ø      Bosse High School, Donut Bank, churches

Ø      Good Neighborhood Association

 

7.  Descriptions of “Ideal Neighborhood”:

 

Ø      Stay residential

Ø      No additional rental property

Ø       Good drainage, new water lines along SE Blvd.

Ø      Regular sewer maintenance

Ø      Clean storm basins

Ø      Better water pressure

Ø      Neighborhood does not deteriorate

Ø      Clean up “eye sores”

Ø      Maintain gravel in alleys

Ø      Better street cleaning

    Neighborhood Objective:

 

Ø      Promote church and neighborhood partnership i.e. church parking

Ø      Report problems

Ø      Neighborhood watch participation

 

 City Objectives:

 

Ø      Repair gas leaks

Ø      4-way stop signs at Rotherwood & Bayard Park

Ø      Better police patrol

Ø      Better control of drugs and alcohol

Goal #2:  NEIGHBORHOOD BEAUTIFICATION
