ok so you have just sc across the 10 heel stitchs, now look at the "bump" this is your last unworked stitch...right above that you will see another tiny space, insert hook there, yo, draw up a loop, insert hook into your un worked stitch, and complete like a dec, this now gives you 11 stitches
you have use sc across those 11 stitches, when you look towrd the unworked stitch, you will see one above it that was worked last row, insert hook there, yo and draw thru loop, now insert hook into unworked stitch, draw thru a loop and you now have 3 lps on your hook, complate them as a dec. you now have 12 stitches
