Accomodations include 3 bedrooms, two with queen size beds and one with one double bed. One bathroom. Limit of 6 people.
Rental Rates: Memorial Day to Labor Day $1,450 per week Friday to Friday. Check-in after 2:00 p.m. Friday. Checkout before 11:00 a.m. Friday. Please call for off season rates.
Please note that this is a non smoking cottage and no pets are allowed.
We provide silverware, dishes, pots, pans, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kitchen linen, bed linen (sheets, pillow cases, blankets and pillows), a gas grill, 5,500 pound boat lift and some deck chairs.
Things that we suggest you bring are bath towels, washcloths, paper products (paper plates, cups, paper towel and toilet paper), hand soap, garbage bags, beach towels, water shoes, etc.
