 A modest public open space on a waterfront setting in the downtown of this small and old Midwest Town. The Highlight of this project is a Public Art Tensile Structure - Land Mark which also functions as a semi cover for a stage terrace. Ground facilities has been also included in the program for a one week annual festival. |
