Rich had been told that south of Bulagi (the village we stayed the night) there was a cold underground freshwater stream that gushed out from under the ocean. It wasn't quite like that, instead it was this: a very cold stream coming out from rocks a few meters from the ocean (the water comes out from the rocks in the center right portion of the picture; the ocean is just to the left, out of the picture). The town built this small pool area and they use the space to wash and get refreshed.
