Yet again...this chapter is purely for...some un-named purpose (????). BESIDES! I always thought that'd be fun if Sota and Kikyo met. or do they...and I'm just missing something here....? please people!!! reviiiiiiew! and bout this fic's title...I HAVE NO IDEA! it was a 3 second-can't think of anything else creation.
Once I'm out of the well (Sota helps me out) the boy and I look at each other.
He doesn't say anything, and neither do I. Realization dawns, that I probably knew his name due to a connection between his sister and I.
His sister = Kagome?
"Kagome..."
Aha! I was correct.
"You're wearing those strange clothes again..."
"Obviously!" I try to act like I think Kagome would. It's kind of fun. Yet again though, I can see myself envying her life-style.
Then the boy seems to take a closer look. Basically at my face and hair.
"You... you're not my sis!"
"Aren't I?"
"no....you're different..."
then he gets defensive,
"Who are you???"
I look at him, trying to contain my mixed emotions. What to tell him? What indeed? The truth seems suitable. But then again...the truth is....dramatic? Oh well.
"I am an almost empty body. partially your sister, due the fact we share the same soul. That's how I knew your name. I really do look like her, don't I?"
"Yes, you do." He looks so confused, maybe a bit angry as well. "I just thought...that sis had finally come back"
Disapointment floods his features.
Tears roll down my face, and I start to sob. I'm not really sure why, but for some reason I feel responsible for Kagome not coming home. And I it feels like my fault that her sweet little brother is...suffering?
Warm little arms encircle me. The little boy hugs me, burrowing his face in my shoulder. I hug him back...still crying.
"Don't be sad..."
I hug him tighter.
"What's your name?" He asks.
How can he do this? Hug a complete stranger who happens to look like his sister. I think I feel emotion. I think I care for this little boy.
"My name is Kikyo..."

I sit up in a panic. Something isn't right. Something that should not happen, is occurring...in my world?! I stumble through the dark and find myself at the well.
"What's wrong?"
"Inuyasha...I have to go back for a while."
"oh....why?"
"I just need to!!! I'll be back soon!"
I hop in, and welcome the familiar feeling of distant dreams. Hopefully Inuyasha won't follow me....
Once I've arrived I look around the well. Weird...the ladder is already set up against the side. Almost like I was expected....Or some one was here before me. I climb up...and almost fall back down again.
Sitting on the steps is Kikyo and Sota...hugging each other????
AM I MISSING SOMETHING HERE???!!!
How you like? plot is developing...but not fully. something more must happen. ah...hah...hah...no i just gotta figure that out. excuse me while I go think ^___________^
