exactly what you think in practice. Better to find out before a problem arises, than when
it's too late. Also, the Commanders will try to schedule practice when it is convienient for
the most people. Try to attend when possible.
2. Chain of Command. Always use the chain where possible. Talk to the Recon specialist if
you have a recon tactic/problem. THEN you move up the list. The specialist in charge of
that field will probably know a solution, or else they will tell you to talk to one of the
Commanders or another specialist.
3. Battle. While in battle, you should be in the mind set that the Commanders and Specialists
are in complete control, and you should do what they say, regardless of how smart or
stupid it sounds. Explainations are a luxury of practice, not of true war. If you think there
was something wrong, send an e-mail to the Specialist who gave the order and the
Commanders (or just the Commanders in the case of a Command order), or ask the person
who made the command in a practice. They will be happy to explain to you after battle is
over (or else I'll kick them...er...I mean...)
4. Gaining Rank. In order to become a specialist of a certain area, you must prove yourself to
be an exceptional soldier within that sect. If you feel that you would be more suited to a
certain specialty than the "Member in position," a specific session will be held If you
succeed at showing yourself more adept, then you will replace the current member. That
surplanted member may not attempt to assume that possition again until two (2) weeks
have past, or one (1) Clan Battle. If the member fails, then he may not attempt the same
position again for two (2) weeks or one (1) Clan Battle.. Any position not held by a
member in specific is considered to be held by the Commanders jointly.
Re-cap: Speak your mind during practice, or in an e-mail, just not during an actual battle.
Specialists earned their rank. Use their knowledge, THEN go on if you need more.
Battle has no time for questions. Ask later if you're curious, but in battle, just do it.
Anyone can test to be a specialist. This keeps those in position in shape.
