The following are rulers of different planets yet these are not real members. These are characters controlled by me. So if you chose to fight them I will control them, I myself can also fight them. I will simply have someone control them if I wish to fight them. These rulers also have rare items that con not be bought, won, or wished for. So if you kill them you can take their item, and if you wish you can sell it.

Background Story: Sen is a very strong human, his childhood is a blur. All he can remember is crash landing on Mithdert, then from then on out he simply took over the planet. His power has grown remarkably strong from his training on the planet. He is also holds the legendary Ki Cannon, which is a remarkably strong weapon. He also has unknown attacks and if you beat him, he will train anyone on his planet to learn his attacks.

Background Story: Cyran is one of two brothers. Him and his brother Kyan come from the Quad Galaxy, lightyears away from earth. They both trained heavily day and night, then one day they both flipped and destroyed their home planet and took off in search of new places to conqure. Although his brother is slightly stronger then him, Cyran never gives up a good fight with him. He is said to hold one part of the legendary Grand Kin Sword, it says if the two swords, Kin Sword 1 and 2 are united they form the Grand Kin Sword, which is all too powerful. Cyran also has his own attacks, and if you defeat him he will train people on New Vegeta.

He is also said to carry a Delux Dragon Radar which can find Dragon Balls on 1/4 the time. Like all the other rulers he has unknown attacks, and if you defeat him he will train people on Yardrat.
