| To be eligible for NECHA Points your hound must be UKC registered and fall into one of the six coon hound breeds recognized by UKC. Each UKC Registered hound that is entered in a NECHA Points Event. A hound receives points based on the amount of point awarded by UKC. Example: If you enter your hound in the Bench Show and it won class and breed theat hound earned a total of 25 points. The NECHA points that are awarded cannot be combined for the nite hunt and bench show. The NECHA points earned for Bench Shows and Nite Hunts are accumulated separately. NECHA Points Awarded for Nite Hunt � First Place 40 � Second Place 35 � Third Place 30 � Fourth Place 25 � Fifth Place 20 � Sixth Place 15 � Seventh Place 10 � Eighth Place 5 � Ninth Place 5 � Tenth Place 5 � Nite Champion 40 � Grand Nite Champion 40 NECHA Points Awarded For Bench Show � Class 10 � Breed 15 � Show 10 � Show Champion 35 � Grand Show Champion 35 � You must win Class, Breed, or Show to be eligible for points. � Example: A hound winning Best of Show in the registered Class would earn a total of 35 points.
