Well, interesting times. I finally got Howard to call me back so I had to run to the studio to work on the commercials. They are in the process of being done. I called Christina to show her what I have because I think it is what it is going to be (though shorter)...I need to make sure she likes it...if she doesn't its back to the ole drawing board..heh. I got my grades...two A's, two B+'s and a B. Woohoo. And the weird thing is that my Incomplete is gone...both of them. Even the one where he said I technically didn't do theatre practice because I was working to make up for a previous quarter...so I'm not sure what I have to do. I hate when people make fun of me because my grades. So what if the worst grade in college I've gotten so far is a B-. Of course If I or someone else makes fun of someone for their not so good grades them I'm being cruel and pointing out stuff that I shouldn't be. I just...find it easy to sail through the classes. I'm not sure if I'm learning, but I am learning to do what I have to to get the grade. I'm sure i'm learning stuff...especially in my video classes. But we all know how classes can be...most of them are pointless and filled with work that emulates work we will never do in the real world.
One of my teeth as been bugging me but I hate dentists and I'm scared if I go there they will wanna cap all my teeth. Supposably my teeth are extremely flat because I ground them down when I was younger? I guess I did, so "some day" I'll have to get them all capped or some nonsense. I don't know...I hate my teeth and anything to do with them. I'll ignore it unless it stays persistantly...besides I need to find a dentist here that works through my insurance and copaying and stuff.
My dad was going to come down this friday to help me with the car but decided against it. He realized he could do everything he needed to from home. And he didn't want to have to get a hotel room (which is strange because he just assumed he would have to stay at a hotel or maybe he doesn't want to stay with us? It is strange...he could have had my bed but maybe it is too small?). See how boring my life is? LOL. I love watching some people sleep...they can be so cute.
Movie Reviews! First there is "Alien Resurrection" this time directed by a well known French director (was it Amelie or City of Lost Children or both that he directed?). I like this movie because it is stylized, great camera work, great story and just a very interesting progression throug the whole piece. And Sigourney Weaver plays a bad ass! LOL. Second we have "50 First Dates". This was pretty good. It was a typical Adam Sandler movie so I didn't expect much. Not my favorite of his movies but it was good. I recommend it for atleast a one-time watch. "Along Came Polly" is next. This is one of those movies that I really didn't know what to think about which makes me think it wasn't that good of a movie. Again, a typical Ben Stiller movie, but not even close to as good as "Zoolander" (loved it LOL). Acting was good and the story was pretty good but it was just kidna blah. But I LOVE ferrets! So that was a plus. Lastly was "Eurotrip" which was actually surprisingly funny! A lot of old, naked European men (scary lol) but a really cute cast in general and a well written story. I recommend it. Beware, it is very sexually explicit...lol. Okay, gotta run...Dan is semi-late for work and we are going to get more movies (I love this Blockbuster deal). Tune in next time.
