Adoption Information

I do not maintain a waiting list. If you are interested in a certain pair of gerbils, email me and I will reserve them for you.

Please take the time to read my gerbil care page and please research the requirements of owning gerbils. I'm working on adoption contracts and will have some soon.

Gerbils are very social. They must live with a same-gender partner. I sell my gerbils in same-gender pairs or trios. I will only adopt out single gerbils if there is a same-gender gerbil in need of a friend (and the adopter agrees to introduce them by the split cage method) or if it is an adult rescue that I have decided is too aggressive for a companion. If you are interested in a breeding pair, please research breeding gerbils first and know what to expect.

If anything happens that makes the adopter unable to care for their gerbils, they must contact me first! I will either take back the gerbils (with a cage/aquarium and water bottle please) or I will do the best I can to find another home for them. The adopter must agree to not set them loose, give them away, or give them to a petstore. If the adopter has a suitable home in mind for their gerbils, they must contact me first and make sure the recipient understands how to properly care for them. Also, my babies are not to be used as food for anything! They are not snake food!

Prices for gerbil pups born here are as followed (and are subject to change):
