| By bidding on our items the buyer understands and agrees with all the statements noted in the Shipping, payment details and return policy section.All of our items are brand new and never used unless stated otherwise in the listing. We will NEVER SELL an item as new when we believe that it is not. We do sell some refurbished items, and we will always state that in our listing. All our items will be described as close to the actual product condition as possible. Sometimes there will be slight variations in color of an item or in the package that the item is shipped in. When a Brand Name is stated in a listing, the item associated with that listing will be the Genuine Brand Name item. Some of our items are imports and will not have a brand name. We are human, and mistakes in listings are possible. Please let us know as soon as you notice something that is incorrect, or if you have a question about anything. | Please do not pay until we invoice you for your order so we can inform you of inventory updates since the item was listed. We accept Payment by Verified Paypal Accounts Only, Money Orders, Cashiers Checks & Personal Checks. Please Allow up to 2 Weeks for your checks to clear before your order will ship. If mailing your payment in, please include your e-mail address, phone number, the item number you won, a description of the item, your Overstock Auctions user id, and the date your item was purchased. Please also include the mailing address you want your item shipped to. Worlwide buyers must email me for a shipping charge quote, and must pay with a Verified Paypal Account Only, All Buyers Must have a physical street address, no P.O. boxes or APO?s, No Exceptions!! Payment for all items is due within 3 days of the auctions ending date. Non paying bidders will be left negative feedback. Positive feedback is left automatically when a winning bidder leaves a positive comment for us. | We ship purchased items within 2 days of cleared payment (except on weekends or holidays) and in most cases sooner. We are solely responsible for choosing the shipping carrier. We Will, at our descretion, ship worldwide, but primarily to the U.S Continental 48 States not including Alaska, Hawaii & Pueto Rico. If you are not located in the U.S. Continental 48 States, You Must Email us for a quote before you purchase an item. If you do not get a quote, you are responsible for the shipping charge that we invoice you, including customs and tarriff charges if applicable. Please Email us for shipping discounts on multiple purchases. All our items either come direct from the manufacturer, or direct from our authorized dealer warehouse.We can ship next day, 2nd day & 3rd day priority in most situations on non frieght items. Please contact us for a shipping charge quote if you wish to RUSH a shipment, at [email protected]. If an item is not in stock, We will notify you as soon as possible to let you decide whether you wish to proceed with your purchase. On items shipped via frieght truck, you must email us your address and the item description or item number for a quote before you purchase an item, if you purchase an item and do not get a quote on the shipping charge beforehand, you are responsible for the shipping charge amount, including customs and tarriff charges, if applicable, that we invoice you, plus the price of the item you purchased. We will always shop around for the cheapest shipping quote. We have accounts with all of the major carriers. We will always try to provide you with tracking numbers on your items as soon as they leave the warehouse. Some of our vendors do not supply us with tracking numbers, but instead with an order conformation. We will email you when we receive this confirmation to let you know the status of your order. Additional charges by Carriers (such as rural delivery charges and fuel surcharges) may be applicable depending on your location. | Warranty | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Our items have at least a 15 day warranty. Most of our electronics and some other items have a standard manufacturers warranty and an option to buy an extended warranty plan. We always try to include the warranty terms in our listings, but sometimes we do not. | Returns | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Items that you are returning are subject to approval by us in advance. ALL returns must be given an RMA Number(Return Merchandise Authorization). ALL returns without an RMA number will be rejected. Most items will require a return address other than our company address. ALL returned items must be in original packaging, in resell condition, and Must not be used, Worn or Washed prior to returning. ALL returned items are subject to a 20% to 50% restocking fee. If you return an item you must pay the return shipping. In the event that a customer receives an item different than the item that appeared at auction, the customer will be fully refunded for that item including all shipping costs and packing/handling fees related to that item as well as return shipping costs, up to the shipping amount originally charged for the item returned. In order to receive this refund the customer must contact us for an RMA number and mail the item back in the same condition that it was received.
