I had 5 bypasses done in April. It was a long recovery with no fishing for me this year.
 When the doctor told me I needed the surgery, my response was "Let's get 'r done". One of my Canadian friends sent me this cap with the words "Get R Done" on it. Thanks Vern!  Remember my friend Heidi and his son Yugi who visited in 2003 and caught that big catfish? Well, Heidi's wife, Diann, knows I love wild ties. She bought this one and sent it to me as a get well gift. I am very blessed with some wonderful and thoughtful friends.  Even though I wasn't able to do any fishing, Curtis came up with David and another friend. They said the fishing was pretty good. |
