| Santa Barbara, located in Southern California along the Pacific Coast is one of the gorgeous coastal communities. What makes Santa Barbara so attractive is very strict building codes. They do not allow any high rise buildings and building permits are given out very selectively, it is definitely an Upper Class place to live........ |

| We rented a car and drove up the coast highway, stopping along the way to stretch our legs. The sand was smooth the sun was hot, but it was a very pleasant day. We brought home some smooth gray rocks we picked up on the beach. Bringing rocks to Georgia, is like taking ice to the Arctic. |
