| Cookies In A Jar 1/3 Cup Granulated Sugar- First Layer (Bottom 1 Cup Chocolate Chips - Second Layer 1/3 Cup Packed Brown Sugar - Third Layer 3/4 Cup All Purpose Flour - Fourth Layer 1/2 Tsp. Baking Powder - Fourth Layer 1/8 Tsp. Baking Soda-Fourth Layer 1/8 Tsp. Salt - Fourth Layer 1 Cup Oats- Fifth Layer 1/2 Cup Peanut Butter Chips, Chocolate Chips, or Nuts - Sixth Layer (Top) Layer ingredients in quart size jar. Order of layers is noted beside ingredients. The fourth layer is the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt mixed together. Tap jar on cabinet to settle and pack ingredients after each layer. Include baking instructions on the jar. They are as follows: Preheat oven to 375. Empty contents of jar into bowl. Add 1 beaten egg, 1/2 cup softened butter and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet for 8-10 minutes. Yield is 2 dozen. Enjoy. You can use christmas material over the lid to decorate .A raffia bow will finish it off nicely.. You can print you baking instructions and hang them from your raffia bow. |
| Brownies in A Jar 1 1/2 Cup Granulated Sugar- First Layer (Bottom 1/3 Cup Cocoa - Second Layer 1 Cup Peanut Butter or White Chips- Third Layer 1 Cup All Purpose Flour - Fourth Layer 1/2 Tsp. Baking Powder - Fourth Layer 1/4 Tsp. Salt - Fourth Layer 1/2 Cup Mini Chips or Nuts - Fifth Layer (Top) Layer ingredients in quart size jar. Order of layers is noted beside ingredients. The fourth layer is the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt mixed together. Tap jar on cabinet to settle and pack ingredients after each layer. Include baking instructions on the jar. They are as follows: Preheat oven to 350. Grease and flour 8 x 8 x 2 baking dish. Empty contents of jar into bowl. Add 2 beaten eggs and a 1/2 cup melted and cooled butter.Mix together and pour into baking dish. Bake for 35 minutes. Enjoy. You can use christmas material over the lid (over the top but under the ring if using a canning jar) to decorate .A raffia bow will finish it off nicely.You can print you baking instructions and hang them from your raffia bow. |
