| It�s not a sin to buy things a bakery can cook better than you can. Serve the items on an attractive platter and keep the secret to yourself. |
When serving a buffet style meal, put drinks on a separate table. This will remove the temptation of guest to juggle their plates and drinks |
| Coat candleholders with vegetable oil to make wax clean up easier. |
| Overlook the small stuff. |
| Plan you menu at least a week before the holiday.Make a list of everything you will need to buy and do your shopping early to avoid the crowds and long lines in the grocery store. |
| Anything that can be make ahead of time, do it. It is alot easier than trying to fix everything in one day. |
| Clean up as you are cooking. Keep a sink of warm soapy water ready. As you use an ingredient, put it up. Throw away any packages as you open them. |
