Donna Gray

Miss National Pre-Teen & Pre-Teen Petite
         Donna Gray became involved in pageantry as a contestant in 1970.  Since that time, she has served as a staff member, judge, chaperone, coach, and director.  She became a state director for Miss National Pre-Teen in 1988, and currently directs programs in Arkansas, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, North Carolina, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Texas, and Virginia.  Donna became National Director in 2001.  An alumnus of the University of Minnesota, she has worked in retail, restaurant and employment fields, as well as for the biggest talent agency in the Upper Midwest.  She began her own business at the age of 13, teaching baton twirling, and did so on a continuing basis for 25 years.  She won more than 500 tropies in 9 years of baton twirling competition, as well as awards in vocal and instrumental music and public speaking.  Donna looks forward to many years of rewarding girls for their efforts and achievements!
