A Little Bit About Me:
My name is Nathan Der. I currently live in St. Louis, MO.  I went to school at the University of Illinois Urbana Champaign  (UIUC) -  (and lived in Allen Hall). I graduated in May 2002 from the college of business administration (CBA) with a B.S. in MIS (management information systems) while also completing the core requirements of a Finance major.
A little background information:
I am 22 years of age and having a great life so far. Lived most of my life in St. Louis. But thanks to my awesome parents, I've been able to travel to almost all 50 states. So I know what is going on and am well traveled (among the US at least). My ethnicity is Chinese, which I'm very proud of. But I'm not one of those stereotypical Chinese guys. I'm not a bookworm, nor do I know kung fu.  I'm 5'11 and love to play sports. Over my years, I've played soccer, baseball, tennis, volleyball, football, waterpolo, and wrestled. However I must say that I like basketball and volleyball the best. In high school I wrestled 2 years, played waterpolo for 3 years, and volleyball for 4 years. I was also captain of my varsity volleyball team. As for the academic side, I was a national merit semi finalist (I would have been a finalist but forgot to turn in my SAT scores) and am currently a member of the National Collegiate Scholars Association.  In addition, my religion is Christianity. To clarify this, I am a Christian, meaning I have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. I believe that He (being part of the trinity) came down to earth to die for my sins and that by me believing this, I am saved from eternal separation from God. To me, Christianity is a personal thing, a personal relationship with Jesus, not all the logistics of the Church or anyone else. To be a Christian is to be "Christ-like."
