Inside the house Steven is leaning up against the front door playing with his cross chain around his neck. Jenny looks into Steven's eyes. "Steven." Steven stops dead in his tracks. "Ya?" Jenny starts to play with her hand's. "Could you take me to school tomarrow?" Steven takes Jenny's hand. "Sure why not! I leave at six thirty ok? Jenny crack's a grin. "Ok!" Steven opens the front door. "Could you come outside with me?" Jenny nods her head. "Ok!"

They leave the house and stand on Jenny's front porch. Steven lifts Jenny's head up. "I appreciate what you are doing for me." Jenny looks into Steven's eyes. "What do you mean?" Steven rubs her hands. Well every body treats me like shit, including my sister. You treat me with respect." She lowers her head. "I didn't mean to!" He puts his hand under her chin. "I like that." She rolls her eyes up at him while keeping her chin low. "Oh!" He raises her chin up. "I like you." Jenny turns her head away. "Oh!" Steven turns her head around and pulls her hair back as they kiss. Steven then takes his chain off and hand's it to Jenny. "Here." Jenny opens her eyes. "What's this?" "It's for you to wear." Steven says as he puts it on her. Jenny starts to play with her new chain. "Oh! I love it!"

When Steven arrives home an hour late his father yells at him. "Steven your late!" Steven Jr. shrugs his shoulders. "I came straight home. But I had to make a stop first." His father raises his voice. "Where?" Steven squints his eyes. "Well dad I had to take a girl home today." His dad's jaw drops. "A girl? And just what dose this girl look like?" He says as he puts his hands on his hips. Steven cracks a grin. "Blond hair, blue eyes, very pretty and deaf. But she's a good lip reader." "You mean she can't hear?" Steven Sr. says as he shrugs his shoulders in puzzlement. Steven nods his head. "Yep that's right!" His dad quickly changes the subject. "Got any homework?" Steven picks his back pack up off the floor. "Yep." Steven Sr. places his hand on his son's shoulder. "Do it!" Steven stops his dad from walking away. "Say dad." His father look's back. "Yes Steve?" Steven puts his hand on his dad's shoulder. "After dinner can we go to the bars?" His dad looks at him and smiles. "Sure. Do you work?" Steven shakes his head. "No not tonight."

The front door opens and Jeannie enters with a smile. "Hi dad! Hi Steve!" "Hi Jeannie!" Steven Sr. says with a grin. "Steven don't you know how to say hi to your sister?" Steven hit's his son and points at Jeannie. "He's mad at me!" Jeannie says as she shakes her head at Steven. Steven Sr. looks at Jeannie with an even more puzzled look on his face than before. "Why is he mad at you?" Steven Jr. snaps. "Because! I mean wouldn't you be mad at your sister if she talk's about you behind your back? Not to mention she denies the fact that we are related!" "Is that true Jeannie?" Steven Sr. says in disbelief. Jeannie acts as though she doesn't know what in the world Steven Jr. could possibly be talking about. "Is what true?" Steven Sr. raises his voice. "What Steven just said." Jeannie acts as though she can't believe what she's hearing. "No! I would never do a
