| Mileage is the North Dakota rate one way from home to established meeting site. Lodging is state program meeting rules if home is more than 100 miles from meeting site. |
| State NDASCOE Convention |
| No reimbursement for Board Members to attend the State Convention. |
| NW Area Rally |
| Transportation - mileage according to North Dakota policy. Three nights lodging at Rally hotel. Any registration and/or banquet fees. Three days per diem* at the location rate, minus any meals paid or furnished. *Per Diem: 1st & last days at 75% of rally location per diem rate |
| National Convention |
| Transportation - mileage according to North Dakota policy. Four nights lodging at Convention hotel. Any registration and/or banquet fees. Five days per diem* at at the location rate minus, any meals paid or furnished. *Per Diem: 1st & last days at 75% of convention location per diem rate |
| Other Travel |
| Maximum nights lodging as determined by Board of Directors. |
