| Organized in 1994 the purpose of RASCOE is to promote the welfare of the association's members by alignment with other organizations and actively lobby to maintain the integrity of retiree benefits. |
| An ASCS/FSA retiree becomes a member by paying association dues. A membership application and dues may be submitted to: Leo Osborne RASCOE Sec-Treas 460 S 100 W Nephi UT 84648 Any member of a state retiree organization which is affiliated with the national organization shall be a member of the national organization. Anyone wishing to show support for RASCOE may be an associate member by paying association dues. Benefits available include Cancer Plus Insurance, Long Term Care Insurance, "SPECS" Vision Plan & Heritage Choice Dental Plan available through JM Marketing. | North Dakota does not have an established RASCOE Association that meets on its own. The National RASCOE Association Annual Meeting is held in conjunction with the NASCOE Annual Convention. |
| RASCOE Objectives |
| Seek legislation to abolish or amend the GPO & WEP Provisions of the Social Security Law to allow retirees to receive full benefits earned. Continuation of the FEHBP as now available and obtain the right to pay FEHBP Premiums with pre-tax dollars. Continuation of Medicare substantially in the manner as now authorized. |
