| The North Dakota Association of County Office Employees of the Farm Service Agency (NDASCOE) is an organization that represents the county level employees of the North Dakota State Farm Service Agency (FSA), a branch of the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA). |
| NDASCOE's objectives are: |
| To assist in every way possible to assure successful operation of the Farm Service Agency and the attainment of the agency's objectives, To cooperate with common interest groups and organizations to conserve and improve our nation's natural resources, To secure equitable salaries, working conditions, and retirement provisions for all county office employees To promote the professionalism of our workers. |
| NDASCOE membership is strictly voluntary. Of the approximate 257eligible county committee employees, more than 94 percent are members. NDASCOE is an independent state affiliate of the national organization (NASCOE). NDASCOE has been granted exclusive rights to represent full time FSA county committee employees in negotiations with management on terms of employment and working conditions. |
