Consumer Membership Agreement

By joining NCTG, Consumer agrees to the following terms and conditions:

q NCTG is not responsible for the information, products, or services represented, delivered or sold by businesses or any resulting dispute, issue or lawsuit thereof contacting the consumer as a result of their NCTG membership.

q NCTG is acting as an agent of the businesses and consumers and does not employ any individual member, business or agent thereof.

q Consumers agree to having their name, phone number, email and any other information provided given to businesses associated with NCTG for the express purpose of marketing by phone, email, web, mail or any other method or means that NCTG associated businesses use. NCTG shall not use, sell or otherwise distribute consumer information without express written permission by Consumer.

q Consumers are giving express permission for businesses to call as a result of NCTG membership even if the Consumer is part of that businesses’ Do Not Call List or part of the Federal Do Not Call list, provided such that the business identifies themselves and agrees to pay consumer per NCTG membership rules. ____________ Consumer Initials

q Consumers may elect to remove themselves from NCTG at any time but acknowledge that businesses who have already received their name as part of an NCTG transaction may call until otherwise instructed by Consumer.

q Consumer may instruct NCTG to refrain from providing their name to certain businesses or industruies and NCTG will comply with such requests to the best of their ability.

q Consumer shall use his or her best efforts to deliver the services as part of the membership agreement. Consumer shall listen to any and all businesses that call as part of this membership provided such that businesses identify themselves as such. Consumers must listen within three calls by a specific business for a specific campaign.

q NCTG does not guarantee any certain number of calls from telemarketers to consumers. Consumers shall allow 90 days for calls to begin after NCTG receives your membership form. Please see our introductory note on our website.

q NCTG will negotiate with businesses to pay consumers up to $2.50 for each call that a consumer listens to. Consumers and businesses must each keep a record of each call. Both the consumer and businesses agree to allow NCTG to resolve any disputes regarding a call. If a particular Consumer or Business is found to be involved in multiple disputes, their membership will be terminated.

q Consumer certifies by providing such that they have the rights and permission to provide information to NCTG for any and all individuals that they name and NCTG will not be held responsible by any violation of such by Consumer.

q Consumer may tell any telemarketer or business not calling as part of NCTG membership that they will not accept their call but are not required to do so as such by NCTG. Consumers may refer business to NCTG’s website to gain information on joining.

q Consumer agrees that NCTG may electronically debit their bank account for any checks returned for insufficient funds. NCTG has authorization to debit the amount of the check plus a $30.00 returned check fee.
