Regulations
1.) Mare owner or bid winner must sign and abide to the stallion owner's contract if one applies. Stallion owners reserve the right to approve mares. If you have any questions, please contact the stallion owner.
2.) Mare owner must abide by stallion owner's contracts and fees. Only the stallion fee is donated. Other fees, such as booking fee, collection cost for AI, vet fees, and mare care, are not included in this sale and will be paid to the stallion owner.
3.) Bid winners will be notified via postal mail of their win.
4.) The bid winner will be determined by which check is recieved first, either by postal mail or hand delivery to the NCTA Equestrian Team coach.
5.) All checks arriving after the stallion's fee is sold will be voided and returned. When sending a check, please include all contact information (Full Name, Address, Phone number, and e-mail if applicable) and which stallion fee you would like to purchase. Checks shall be made out to: NCTA Equestrian Team
6.) Most fees will be sold at half price unless otherwise requested by the stallion owner.
7.) All fees will be listed on the stallion's webpage.
8.) All mares must be up to date on vaccinations and deworming.
9.) The stallion owner reserves the right to require a negative coggins or other kind of test. This will be on the stallion's webpage.
10.) After recieving the winning check, the mare owner and
stallion owner will be notified and given contact information for the other. It is up to the mare owner to contact the stallion owner to set up the breeding.
11.) We will try and keep the website updated as breedings are sold, but there may be a day or two delay in the updating. Please contact [email protected] to inquire whether a breeding is still available or not.
