Theme/Mood:
The Sabbat venue in Kansas City is designed to explore the darker side of the World of Darkness, and to venture into the aspects of the Sabbat beyond the mindlessly brutal opinion that the Camarilla promotes them as. The role-playing feel is one of a more political and social nature. While violence IC is inevitable in a Sabbat style game, the venue in Kansas City puts more emphasis on interaction between characters within the sect, and exploring the in-human and alien mindset of those within the Sabbat.
The Sabbat side of Kansas City is a dark one. Where once the Sword of Caine lay sheathed at the bequest of the late Cardinal Montenegro, hidden in the slums of Kansas City, Kansas, the Sabbat forces have now re-located to Platte City. Following the Regent's edict of non-interference with the Camarilla, the Archbishop awaits the signal to strike. The vampires of the Sabbat have waited long for this signal, though, and cracks have begun to show along the pillars of their strength as their patience grows thin. Two political factions have risen to the forefront of the Kansas City Sabbat; The Ultra-Conservatives, led by the Archbishop, and the Loyalists, led by the members of the Pack of Caine's Wanderers. Their political dealings are shadowed by the violence inherent to the sect and the result of being forced to hide for too long. How much longer will their blood lust be contained?

Passed Thespis (y/n): Yes
Style:
The driving force for the venue is an attempt to bring the political structure of the Sabbat to the forefront, and to make the diverse and numerous factions of the Sabbat against each other. It is through this that the game requires close ties to the game on a National level.
Antagonists:
No specific venue antagonists specified.
Venue rules:
XP awarding is made using LotNRev p122, with the single change of changing the base award to 2xp. (Base 2xp per game, with additional xp for exceptional roleplaying, etc.)
Initial blood pool test is unaltered from LotNRev p106.
No variation from suggested influence setup in Prime.
It is possible (but may be difficult) to have a Monomancy which does not have the result being exile or death, however there may or may not be some IC reprecussions.
Visiting character/plot policy:
As a rule, most of the over all and grand scheme of the venue is player driven, with as many ties-ins as possible to the overall National Sabbat game. Added excitement is provided by smaller, less sweeping plots.
