Domain Policies:
1. Downtimes must be physically turned in, either in electronic form
or written form, within 72 hours prior to the corresponding venue. Unless
specified in the VSS for each venue, all downtimes will be worth 1 xp once
approved by the VST/CST, if the character has been in play during that
month in a sanctioned game. (maximum of 2 xp from downtimes per month)
Downtimes may still be turned in for actions if the character has not been
in play, but no xp may be earned for them.
2. Influences any influences above level 5 must be maintained actively. Essentially, what this means is that if the character is not physically present in the domain for the noted amounts of time each month (non-attendance at games, no downtimes or no standard operating procedure on file with the VST) for a period of a full month, the influence level will start dropping at the rate of 1 per month until it reaches level 5 or until action is taken.
3. Approvals any DST approval that can not be placed on an item card must be put on the approvals site. This is to enable the player to travel to outside games without problems with approvals. All item cards must be signed by the DST, and a background with detailed influence and actions must be on file with the DST.
4. Any influences above level 1 bought with xp will be considered to be an influence build, and as such, can be seen through a watch for growth.
5. Any argument with the STs during the game (unless there is a definite chance of character death) will not be tolerated. If an argument ensues, the player will receive a warning. If it continues, the player will be asked to leave game. Continued offenses will result in xp or prestige removal.
