Theme/Mood:
The theme for this chronical is the rebuilding of the Sabbat set in the city of Fountain, just south of Colorado Springs, after the Sabbat and Anarchs war against each other. I want to strive for the dark aspect of the World of Darkness, as allowed by a Sanctioned Camarilla (tm) Sabbat Venue game.

The basic underlying theme is for the Sabbat to gain complete control of the city of fountain. This is overlayed with the following.

1. The political intrigue inherent in the Sabbat Venue.

2. Having to deal with the Camarilla and what is left of the Anarchs to the North (Security and Fountain)

3. Dealing with the Sabbat's version of the laws of Caine and how to survive in today's world. (In dealing with both the other Supernatural creatures and the mortals )

4. Dealing with the history of the Sabbat within the area (chronicle history that is allready in play)

Mood.

Darkness: The side of being a vampire that brings chills, and fright to normal everyday people. I want the game to represent the uneasines of being in a world filled with cruelty, heartache, loss, and death. Specifics:

Sabbat: I want to emphasize roleplaying intially. Especially the paths and natures of the pc's. Each path and each nature is protrayed slightly different by each individual pc. This is strongly encouraged, and shall be the basis for much of the mood of each game.

World of Darkness: The world is a dark and terrible place, and no one get's an even break. I want to emphasize those aspects about the game, having the players see that they are not only the cause of many of societies problems, but can also be affected by there own actions.

Player Specific: I want to strive to get the players to grow and develop their characters. As such the game will primarily be player character driven. This isn't to say that ST plots will not happen, for they will. But every action done by the players, will have some result that I will incorporate into the game.

RPG vs RPS: Initially I want a lot of Roleplaying instead of RPS challengs. At the start of the chronicle a lot of things will be narrated, these things will be determined by the ST. After the players have developed their charactrs more RPS shall occur as needed.

Character restrictions:
I do not have any character restrictions as far as playing a specific clan goes. However, depending on the amount of each clan present, I may restrict the amount of clan's present. This will be done as time goes on.

Proxy rules: As per Prime.

Travel risks: In order to get to Fountain, one has to travel either north or south along I-25. If travelling south, they will have to deal with going through Pueblo Colorado, a Camarilla based city. If they come from the north, they will have to deal with Denver Colorado and Colorado Springs Both Camarilla based city, and Colorado Springs.

For overland travel there is a fair population of Garou in the surrounding areas, for nomadic packs this should pose a great risk.

In addition, those who do not know the history of the Colorado Springs area, they may find areas controlled by factions of the Kindred in play. These areas include: The street and underworld of Colorado Springs, are heavily influenced by several groups within the camarilla.

The church has an extremely strong hunter based aspect to it, as past kindred exploits have caused the church to take a very active role in hunting supernaturals.

The area's of the Occult are vast and can be extremely hazardous, or helpful depending on where one goes in this area.

Shroudlands: Several areas within the area of our Domain are extremely inhospitible due to the large amounts of wraiths that are present. Any character who deals in such, may find the wraiths extremely hostile to them.

Challenges: Starting out a lot of things will be narrated, unless they are life threatening. I want a more storyline feel to the game instead of a mass RPS challenge.

Feeding challenges: If a pc wishes to go out and feed, I will narrate the scene and make determinations based on the description of how the PC feeds, where they feed, what on, and other factors.

Social Challenges: I want to see a good deal of roleplay involved in social challengs(save those that are disciplined base) The players should remind each other what aspect of the social interaction they are trying to get across (ie this character is extremely intimidating or this character is absoluetly gorgeous), and then the roleplay should ensue. (This will be extremely important when a path, a derangement, or a negative trait comes into play.)

Static challenges: Depending on the skill level of the character, or what they are trying to accomplish I will narrate these challenges. Example: PC with might and 11 physical bashes down a door (most likely will happen of the door is normal). Example: PC with computer 5 and 12 mental traits is trying to write a simple virus program (most likely it will occur)
