Place/Time:The Mortal Venue will be held at the same time as the Cam-Anarch venue, in order to further the continuity of both Venues. The games will be held in Memorial Park, at the gazebo. "Game On" will be called at 7:30 pm, but I suggest that all players show early, in order to coordinate with the Storyteller staff for character approval.

This is a Mortals Hunter venue.
The type of role-play that I encourage is to recommend to all players that they dress in costumes or clothing that their characters would wear. This will promote the spirit and personality of their characters.
The restrictions that I am implementing is in accordance with 5.0 approval process. In addition, I am allowing only two PC's of each of the following types; Kinain, Ghoul, and Kinfolk. Also, there will be only one PC allowed to have True Faith of three or higher. The restrictions also are applied to anyone who wishes to have a background knowledge of Garou, Changlings, or Vampires (i.e. Lores) of any level beyond 2.
My policy on characters has already been stated, but for further clarification, there will be absolutely no Risen, and absolutely No Mummies as player characters until I change that policy.
Proxy rules: In order to Proxy any character, I must have an e-mail, or a written docaument with the player's expressed written understanding that they understand that their character may very well be killed. In addition, they must also state their character's personality and additudes, as well as survival information. Finally, I must receive the character's full and complete Character Sheet, with all updated information, and copies of all approvals,if any, for any special items or abilities.
Travel risks: As for Proxy or for PC's from other Domains reaching Colorado Springs, I will assume that any contact with either myself or Travis Page, will constitute IC knowledge of how to reach the Hunters meeting place. There will only be risks if a character decides to use ground travel by foot in order to reach the city. Other than that, arriving will be all too easy.
