Approval Requests:
Any WSIP requests sent up for approval to the DST and/or RST. Even if the material has been emailed directly, briefly describe the item - must include the player's name, membership number and email (if any), the character's name and venue.
A lot of these requests can be handled by the regional approvals website and simply referred to that fact in the report, instead of listing them in the report.
However some cannot, such as DST approval items in a domain. Such items include, limited cross-venue requests, raising Morality rating, etc.
