North Central RST Policy
Puissance and Weapons
(Policy 30-Aug-2000) In the North Central region, making a weapon which will not break under normal use when used with puissance is referred to as "designed-for-puissance". I am leaving to the DST's to allow or deny such weapons at that level. Any weapon which exceeds that single ability that in any manner requires High Approval.
