Ghouls with Rare Disciplines
(Policy 16-May-2001) The subject of ghouls with rare disciplines has been a frequent question. The currently in use Mortals supplement - in use from the start of 5.0 to the present day - allows a ghoul to be taught the rare discipline from it's dominitor with only the approval of being a ghoul of that clan.
I am making the learning of such a High notification requirement (which is not an approval.)
Please note that if the ghoul is embraced, the fact that it was learned as a ghoul is not a factor relating to needing or not needing approvals for in and out of clan disciplines.
