Mid-Level Approvals for DST's
(Policy 15-Nov-2000, replaces earlier policy) DST-level approvals for players who are DST's will now be directly handled by regional. All such approvals should be on the approvals website and marked with "DST:". Example: "DST:Sidhe", instead of "Sidhe". DST's should now list themselves as DST and their proper domain.
