(Policy 20-Jan-2000, trimmed 16-May-2001) Trips to the Deep and Far Dreaming require RST notification beforehand.
Why? Extremely dangerous trips that need certain consistancy. They are not commonplace trips and there may be certain plots which will be drawn to the characters who do so.
I would strongly advise consulting the RA-Changeling beforehand.
