Dropped Merits and Flaws - Garou

The following merits and flaws were dropped during the conversion from 5.0 to 5.1 on 22-Oct-2001. They were lost when we went from the old Laws of the Wild to the newer Laws of the Wild Revised book from White Wolf. To have any of these merits or flaws under Garou 5.1 requires a minimum of a High approval item if found in another venue, or Top approval otherwise.
