I need moderators from different regions other than the NW, which is the
only people to reply to most times.

Thank you for you interest in being a list moderator.
List moderation is a prestige earning office, and a list moderator 
is an assistant to the AVPT office.

To better fill the needs of the membership and the desires of my 
assistants, I would like you to fill out this application, following the
directions below explicitly.

1.      Please make sure that the SUBJECT LINE reflects what Venue 
        you are most interested in. [Sabbat, cam-anarch, ooc, changeling,
        etc.]
2.      Please be sure to fill in your home region and domain.
3.      Please remove all comments and instructions from your return

Requirements:
Experience is not necessary, and we can teach anyone the basics of what
they need. However, you must have a valid, current membership. You need to
be familiar with the Tome, specifically the code of conduct. You must be
able to say no, and you must be fair. You must be able to remain steady
and even in confrontations. You need reliable, consistent email access.
You need to check it several times a week.
