ARST-Special Projects

Reason for Position
As opportunties and needs present themselves to the Region, there is a need to put a number of short lived projects into place and have them focused on to completion.
These opportunities and needs are important and derserve direct attention. Without getting lost in the shuffle of hundreds of emails relating to reporting, approvals, continuity, that arrive each day.

The solution is this position: ARST-Special Projects

Duties
Duties of this position include:

• Accept projects from the RST staff.
• Recruit volunteers to fulfill project.
• Manage volunteers toward the project's conclusion.
• Report periodically on projects accepted, underway and completed.

Requirements
Requirements of this position include:

• Reliable email access and the ability to maintain an active electronic presence.
• Group management and leadership skills.
• Well-organized and able to keep accurate records
• Ability to recruit volunteers.
• Completion of Tome, Chapters and Thespis Ordeals
• Regular communication with other regional officers, which includes a monthly report (see the ARST template).

Reporting and prestige
The prestige will be recommended as an assistant with a portion of it regional, depending on the workload and report. Report consists of projects and summaries of work done by the RA's. The report is due by the 1st each month to [email protected].
