STUDENT COUNCIL
AUXILIARY CORPS (SCAC)
The SCAC serves as the voluntary arm
of the college student council. It was created by then student
Government vice chairperson for the academic 1996-97. The SCAC was
established with the objective of organizing students from the various
sectors of the college, whether aligned or unaligned, in order to
enhance their leadership capabilities, talents, and to foster
camaraderie. By nature, it also aims to instill the value of
volunteerism so as to maximize student participation, especially when
it comes to involvement with student council-initiated activities.
The SCAC is composed of three standing
committees, namely: Socio-Academic, Internal Affairs, External
Affairs and Finance. The Vice Chairperson is the over-all officer- in-
charge.
MESSAGE FROM THE VICE
CHAIRPERSON
Volunteers are the
heart and soul of SCAC. The NCPAG Student Council will not be able to
successfully deliver the services and fulfill its duties without the
support and help of the SCAC members, which is why we are very
fortunate and blessed to have some of the greatest volunteers working
in our college. This year, we will empower the students through SCAC
by encouraging members to create their own projects that will be
supported by the Student Council. We will open avenues of group action
by bringing out the spirit of volunteerism through the different
activities of the Student Council. Volunteering is a very rewarding
experience. I hope that you will enjoy working where you can make a
real difference in the life of our college. Our leaders get to steer
the direction we head and to ensure the success of our efforts. Let us
practice the spirit of volunteerism and keep the NCPAG spirit alive!
Thank You!
