Thai Yam Yai Siamese Princess Salad I Love Thai Food


----MEAT INGREDIENTS----
0.25 lb chicken breasts, boneless
0.25 lb pork diced lean
0.25 lb shrimp, small peeled deveined & rinsed
2.00 sausages, chinese cooked

----SALAD DRESSING----
4.00 limes peeled
1.00 cup vinegar, white
4.00 tablespoon nam pla (fish sauce)
1.00 teaspoon salt
4.00 tablespoon sugar, brown
0.50 bunch cilantro
3.00 chilies, serrano
3.00 garlic, thai pickled
1.00 teaspoon oil, olive (optional)

In a large pot add all of the meat ingredients and bring it to a boil. Boil for about 20 minutes or until the pork is thoroughly cooked. Drain the water and set the meats aside. Place all of the salad dressing ingredients into a food processor or blender. Blend until ingredients become liquid. Using your choice of salad greens, place the cooked meats on top of the greens and top with the salad dressing.

Yield: 6 servings
