Thai Salad Dressing
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon chopped garlic
2 tablespoon fish sauce
3 tablespoon ground roasted peanuts
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup water-
1 dash cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon chopped coriander leaves
2 each fresh red chilies sliced
2 tablespoon white onion chopped
In a small sauce pan, cook sugar in water over med heat until it turns into a light syrup. Add all remaining ingredients, stir well. Let cool. Serve over salad.
