Prik Kaeng Panaeng (Red Curry Paste)


1 cup prepared red chilies
10 tablespoon shallots chopped
5 tablespoon garlic chopped
10 tablespoon lemon grass finely sliced
5 tablespoon galangal grated
1 tablespoon coriander seeds
1 tablespoon cumin seeds
5 tablespoon coriander root. chopped
1 tablespoon kapi (fermented shrimp paste)
5 tablespoon freshly toasted peanuts crushed
